This agreement outlines the expectations and guidelines for students and parents/caregivers at the Madrasah. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the rules and regulations set forth to foster a respectful and Islamic learning environment

1. The Madrasah code of conduct must be strictly adhered to by all children at all times.
2. As a parent/carer, I agree to follow Madrasah's rules and regulations on all matters related to Madrasah. I will make every effort to develop my child's Islamic Adab and Akhlaq consistently.
3. The Madrasah places a strong emphasis on adhering to basic Islamic principles of good conduct, behavior, and respect. Above all, students are expected to show respect to teachers, staff members, and fellow students. Any instances of insulting teachers, staff, or fellow students will be deemed as inexcusable behavior, potentially resulting in dismissal or suspension from the Madrasah.
4. Admission into the Madrasah is granted conditionally. Students must successfully complete a 3-month trial period. Upon successful completion, their place in the permanent evening Madrasah register will be considered.
5. Students are required to wear the prescribed uniform when attending class. Boys should wear a white long shirt (Jubba/Panjabi), white Salwar or Izar, and a white hat. Girls are expected to wear a full hijab (black color) and a scarf.
6. The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited within the Madrasah premises.
7. If any students need to leave the class, even for a short period, they must notify the supervisor or teacher. Students going outside the Madrasah premises without permission will be cautioned.
8. Unexcused absences and repeated lateness may result in expulsion from the Madrasah.
9. Students are expected to maintain their hair according to Islamic customs, with equal length. The beard should be kept according to the Sunnah method.
10. I, as the parent/carer, accept responsibility for any damages or injuries that may occur during my child's attendance at the Madrasah.
11. A three-month notice period must be given if a child is going to leave the Madrasah. All outstanding fees must be settled before leaving.
12. The Madrasah has the right to use pictures/videos for academic and promotional purposes.
13. In emergency medical situations, teachers may send students to the hospital.
14. I agree to follow the appropriate protocols for suggestions and complaints.
15. I confirm that the information provided above is accurate, and I will promptly notify the Madrasah of any changes
