CONTRACT

GENERAL RULES

  1. A one-month trial period is valid for each student.

  2. Parents allow our institution to communicate with the school and government agencies.

  3. Students and parents have reviewed and accepted the Community Centre's rules and quality certificates.

  4. Monthly fees must be paid at the beginning of each month, in case of failure, parents are responsible for paying the additional costs.

  5. Monthly fees, registration fees and additional costs can be evaluated and changed by the Management Committee each season.

  6. A registration fee is charged for new registrations, and an additional fee is charged once at the beginning of each new season. Activity fees (camping, swimming, amusement park...etc) can be requested separately.

  7. Damages caused by the student to the institution’s property and third parties are under the responsibility of and paid by the parent. (Personal Liability insurance is advised)

  8. The principal responsibility of the student lies with the parent; the institution is only a guide and supporter.

  9. Provided that it is at the end of the month, the contract can be stopped by both parties, and if the student displays undesirable behaviour, the contract can be terminated by the institution immediately.

  10. The parent is responsible to register/unregister the student to the institutions address and for notifying the council.

  11. The student information on the front page can be shared by the institution with the relevant school and council and is processed on a Digital Student tracking system.

I have been informed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law in our country. In this regard, I hereby give my consent for the visual, auditory, and personal data of the registered student to be used for analysis, statistics, and in a digital environment by submitting the form.
